Guadeloupe is located in the heart of the West-Indies, about 8-hour flight from Europe and 4 hours from Miami in the U.S.  It is composed of two large islands, one above the other, and separated by a river.  The two islands take the form of a Butterfly.

Habitation Séverin is located on the southern island in a tropical forest that forms part of the mountainous chain of Basse-Terre.  It is a typical Creole building that you will surely enjoy.

The colonial house is located in the midst of a lush tropical garden and a beautiful natural area.  Nearby you can visit a rum distillery, a crawfish growing station, and a hot chili manufacturer.
