The Colonial House is located in the heart of ‘Domaine de Severin', surrounded by a lush tropical garden with flowers and majestic trees! 

The house is made up of two apartments and three rooms. It was the former residence of Suzanne and Henri Marsolle who rebuilt it out of tropical wood in the 40's using the plans of an older house 1800.

La P'tite Kaz is opposite the house, under huge litchi trees, has a bathroom; a fully equipped kitchenette opens an outdoor gallery. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.

Guest rooms are located in the old house and open onto the garden.

All apartments have fans and air conditionning.
