Take a swim: The swimming pool offers a wonderful way to awaken in the morning. When you come back after a day of sightseeing it is totally refreshing. You can use it as often as you wish. Deck chairs are available on the terrace. |

Walk in the Countryside: Short walks emanate from the Habitation. You can walk to the distillery, walk through sugarcane fields, walk through pineapple fields, and take in superb views of the Grand Cul de Sac Marin. |

Walk in the rainforest: The end of our road is a good starting point for those who wish to discover this natural environment. There are trails to the Choisy Peak at 450 meters - approximately 2 hours round trip) or to the Pic Allègre Peak at 715 meters - approximately 3 hours round-trip)
Walk across the island: If you wish to walk from one side of the island to the other we can drive you to the starting point at Trace des Contrebandiers in Pointe Noire or the Trace Baille-Argent. Then you can walk back. Count on a whole day for the trip. |

Enjoy the Nature Path (The path of May): We have a beautiful nature walk available for you that has been landscaped and all the plants labelled. Take a train ride: Ride on a small train near the Habitation… it will make you discover, comfortably sitted, all the aspects of the Habitation... and finishes its course by inviting you to the tasting of the products processed on the Domaine!
